Returns policy

My exchanges and cancellations policy

I don’t accept exchanges or cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

My faulty items returns policy

I do accept returns for faulty items, but you must contact me by emailing first. Upon receipt the faulty item will be inspected by me to determine the cause of the fault. If the fault is caused by poor workmanship I will either fix or replace the item.

Please note the following conditions;

Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 3 days of agreeing the return with me
