I don’t accept exchanges or cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
My faulty items returns policy
I do accept returns for faulty items, but you must contact me by emailing matt@coastleather.com first. Upon receipt the faulty item will be inspected by me to determine the cause of the fault. If the fault is caused by poor workmanship I will either fix or replace the item.
Please note the following conditions;
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 3 days of agreeing the return with me
